“Sometimes deep blue, sometimes jade green, the lakes reflect not just the light, but the soul of the weather.”

Switzerland is where my love for landscape photography began. It’s a place I know by heart and yet, it never ceases to surprise me. From the lavender light over Lake Geneva to the frozen silence of alpine valleys, every corner of this country offers a moment of beauty waiting to be captured.
This series is a personal journey through the changing seasons: a foggy morning over the Étang de Gruère, wild garlic forests in spring, thunderstorms brewing above the vineyards of Lavaux, and the pink northern lights dancing above the Jura mountains. I’ve photographed dramatic sunsets at Préverenges Beach, delicate reflections in alpine lakes, and the raw power of waterfalls like the Tine de Conflens and Jaun Waterfall.
In the high Alps, I discovered the ephemeral world of ice caves, each winter revealing a new shape, a new wonder. The Zinal and Arolla glaciers, captured in blue stillness, remind me how fragile and majestic nature can be. Even under stormy skies or heavy snow, Switzerland always offers something poetic: a lonely tree in the mist, a quiet path through autumn leaves, or the Milky Way stretching above the peaks.
Many of these moments are also self-portraits, small traces of myself woven into the landscapes I love. Whether standing in a red dress by a hidden waterfall or facing the wind on a frozen lake, I seek to express not just what I see, but what I feel: solitude, connection, and wonder.
Switzerland may be my home, but it remains my greatest source of inspiration. A place of contrasts, bold and tender, wild and still. With each image, I try to share the silence, the atmosphere, the fleeting light that makes these landscapes feel like poetry.
