Earth in Monochrome is a curated series of black and white landscape photography, exploring the raw beauty of natural landscapes through light, texture, and contrast. From Iceland to Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, Ireland, and France, this series brings together places shaped by wind, water, ice, and time.

By removing color, my intention is to focus on what remains: form, rhythm, and atmosphere. Black and white landscape photography allows me to highlight the dialogue between elements, the movement of waves against dark volcanic rock, the stillness of fog drifting through forests, the delicate patterns of sand shaped by the wind, or the quiet presence of ice floating on dark water.

Many of these photographs were captured in iconic locations such as Reynisfjara Beach, Jökulsárlón, Stokksnes, the Faroe Islands, the Vallée de Joux in Switzerland, or the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. While these places are well known, I sought moments of solitude and simplicity, focusing on textures, contrasts, and fleeting conditions rather than grand spectacle.
